Summary:

1. ·         Must have very strong verbal communications Skill and good interpersonal skills.
2. ·         Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge is a must.

8. ·         Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, browser configurations, personal firewalls, email issues, VPN Connectivity and TCP/IP issues.
9. ·         Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DSL, TCP/IP,DNS
10. ·         Responsible for handling customer calls with a positive problem-solving attitude.
11. ·         Provide input for troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic tools
12. ·         Properly document all calls in CRM.
13. ·         May also perform additional duties such as; preventative maintenance and or other IT services.

Job Purpose:

Manage the issuance of Water Licences of the Independent regulatory body (IRB) on performing full range of licensing and regulatory tasks required, and ensure compliance with all applicable water licensing regulations in Jubail and Yanbu. Qualifications:
